Jay Das

Jay Das, Ph.D., currently serves as the Head of Payments Operations at USAA Insurance, overseeing the management and digitization of payment operations with a focus on enhancing member experience and satisfaction while ensuring service quality and control over significant financial transactions. Previously, Das held multiple leadership roles at Wells Fargo, including Head of Digital Capability, Analytics & e-Commerce Payment Strategies, where expertise in digital marketing and customer journey analytics was developed. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Credit Risk Management at Barclays USA, and various positions at JP Morgan Chase, where a strong foundation in marketing strategy analytics and credit risk management was established. Das holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Penn State University.
