JB Hollenberg has extensive experience in compliance and governance within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Director of Bank Operations Governance at USAA Federal Savings Bank since October 2015, JB is responsible for Regulatory Change Management and the implementation of regulatory changes. Previously, JB held the position of Director HMDA & Fair Lending Operations Governance, overseeing the accuracy of mortgage loan application data. Prior to USAA, JB worked with Goldman Sachs as the VP of Bank Holding Company Compliance and served in various compliance roles at Citicorp Trust Bank and CitiMortgage, including Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Director. Earlier career experience includes VP Operations Audit at Associates Home Equity Services and VP Corporate Audit at Associates Corporation of North America. JB holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business with a focus on Finance and Banking from Western Illinois University.
