Jean Taylor is a seasoned HR executive and strategic talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global corporations across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at USAA, Jean previously held the position of Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Flowserve Corporation from 2018 to 2024, where they led a large regional team and implemented successful talent acquisition strategies. Jean’s additional roles include serving as Enterprise Head for Executive Talent Acquisition at Novartis and Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Alcon, where they developed innovative recruitment processes that resulted in significant savings and efficiency improvements.
