Jeana Monroe has a diverse background in analytics and a strong educational foundation in biology and health services research. From August 2002 to December 2013, Jeana served as an Analyst with the US Army Medical Department (AMEDD), bringing valuable experience in military healthcare. Following this, Jeana joined USAA, where roles included Marketing Analytics Executive from December 2013 to December 2022 and currently serves as Property and Casualty Analytics Executive since December 2022. Jeana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Health Services Research/Biostatistics from Texas State University.
