Jeff Gooder

Jeff Gooder is an experienced technology professional specializing in cyber warfare and software engineering. Currently serving as a Cyber Warfare Officer in the United States Army Reserve since March 2021, and a Lead Software Engineer/Solutions Engineer at USAA since February 2017, Jeff focuses on accelerating USAA Bank's digital transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Architect and CTO at Capital BPM, overseeing software solutions and architecture from March 2015 to February 2017, and extensive tenure at Wells Fargo from January 2003 to March 2015, where responsibilities included software engineering, technology management, and performance optimization. Jeff began his career as a Web Developer at American Republic Insurance from May 1998 to September 2003. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Information Security from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
