Jeff Ramage

Jeff Ramage is a professional Certified Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, currently employed at USAA since May 2018. In this role, Jeff facilitates Scrum ceremonies, protects teams from outside interference, and removes impediments to ensure effective project delivery. Jeff has a proven track record of mentoring Agile teams into high-performing Scrum units and collaborates with Product Owners to manage and organize backlog items. Prior experience includes positions as Lead QA Automation Engineer at Best Western Hotels & Resorts Intl Ops, Software Development Engineer in Test II at Nextiva, and various QA engineering roles at InEight Inc., Lumension Security, and Suntron Corporation. Jeff launched a career in web development at Intel and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
