Jeff Roberts

Jeff Roberts is a seasoned professional with a background in business administration, having earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado. They held the position of Area Manager at The Buckle, Inc. from 2005 to 2017, where they led daily operations in a flagship store and oversaw various markets. Most recently, in 2022, Jeff served as the Director of Reporting & Analytics at USAA, managing a team of reporting analysts to provide insights on performance within the insurance contact center. Prior to this, they also led teams in reporting and analytics as well as insurance policy servicing at USAA, focusing on operational effectiveness and member relationships.
