Jenna Sullivan

Jenna Sullivan is an accomplished design and product management professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Design Director at USAA since February 2022, Jenna leads a team of product designers to enhance banking user experiences and improve customer satisfaction metrics. Previously, Jenna held various roles at M&T Bank, including Product Management Director for Financial Wellness and Open Banking, where strategic innovations were developed to modernize member services. Jenna's earlier career includes product management and operational roles in the banking industry, as well as account management in sales. Jenna holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from the State University of New York at Oswego.
