Jennifer Escobar has extensive experience in brand marketing and analytics, most recently serving as Vice President and Head of Brand Marketing at USAA from January 2019 to March 2025. In this role, Jennifer built the first performance management practice for USAA’s brand programs and developed strategies to enhance brand health and member acquisition. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Senior Marketing Officer for Property and Casualty at USAA, where transformational marketing initiatives were executed while managing a $500 million budget and leading a team of over 70 professionals. Jennifer's career also includes roles as Team Lead for Business Reporting Analysts at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as a Statistical Analyst at Harcourt Assessment. Jennifer holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
