Jeremy DeBry

Jeremy DeBry is the Director of Property Claims at USAA, where they focus on enhancing financial and operational environments through Enterprise Risk Management and managed change initiatives. Previously, they served as an Agent Success Manager at Farmers Insurance, where they developed strategies to improve service operations and agent experiences. Jeremy has also held various leadership roles across the insurance industry, including managing property claims, guiding agency development, and operating a Fantastic Sams franchise. They earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Utah.
