Jesus Mancha

Jesus Mancha is a Black Belt Engineer who continuously seeks to eliminate waste through collaboration and teamwork. Currently serving as a Lead Process Engineer at USAA, Jesus leads cross-functional teams to enhance processes in various IT domains while coaching others in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Jesus held significant roles including Director of Operations at BIC GRAPHIC and Operations Manager at Philips Lighting, where they achieved notable improvements in efficiency and cost reduction. Jesus earned a Master of Science degree in Advanced Manufacturing and Enterprise Engineering from the University of Texas San Antonio in 2014 and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
