Jill E. F. is an accomplished professional in the construction and engineering fields with extensive experience over two decades. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Design, Construction and Relocation Services at USAA since April 2011, Jill has previously held positions as Director of Engineering, Design and Construction and Senior Program Manager for Enterprise Expansion & Renovations at the same organization.
