Jill M. Thomas is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in change and release management. Currently serving as Director of IT Change and Release at USAA since January 2023, Jill has previously held significant roles at TIAA, including Sr. Manager/Process Owner for IT Service Management and Manager of Enterprise Change Management from September 2016 to January 2023, as well as Manager of Infrastructure Release Management from May 2011 to September 2016. Prior to TIAA, Jill worked as Technology Execution Lead at Bank of America and held various positions at IBM Global Services, including Technical Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert in IT Service Management. Jill holds a degree from Texas State University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
