Jim Nicholson

Jim Nicholson is an Executive Director of Application Development at USAA, where they lead technology enablement and the modernization of billing and financial systems. With a past history at USAA, Jim held various director roles, overseeing IT activities across property insurance, corporate shared services, and quality assurance. Prior to USAA, Jim worked as a Management Consultant at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on multi-million dollar projects in the insurance sector. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
