Jim Risley has extensive experience in security operations and management, currently serving as the Manager of Security Operations and Investigations at USAA since August 2014. Previously, Jim held the position of Safety and Security Manager at Arlington International Racecourse from April 2003 to August 2014, where expertise was demonstrated in leading a department of 55 security officers, nurses, and paramedics, as well as in planning and implementing security and crowd control operations for large public events. Jim is an alumnus of Harper College.
