Jinnu John

Jinnu John is a Lead Systems Engineer at USAA, where they worked from 2004 to 2016, also serving as a Senior Systems Engineer during that time. Prior to their tenure at USAA, Jinnu held various positions, including Software Consultant at Verizon and Software Engineer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. They began their career as a Project Trainee at Technopark Trivandrum and worked as a Multimedia Specialist at the Film and Television Institute of India. Jinnu earned an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from SRM University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
