Joanna S. is an experienced professional in talent management and compensation strategies, having held multiple leadership roles across organizations such as USAA, Payformance Partners, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. At USAA, Joanna served as Director of Skills Strategy and Talent Development Leader, focusing on employee retention and career development programs. Prior to this, Joanna was the Vice President, Global Compensation at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing compensation programs for a large workforce. Joanna's academic background includes a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources Management from East Carolina University and a certification from the Talent Management Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently, Joanna is engaged as an Education and Career Mobility Fellow at UpSkill America, aimed at enhancing workforce opportunities.
