Jon Michael Rust

Jon Michael Rust is a versatile management professional with extensive leadership experience across various sectors, including Insurance, Financial Services, Supply Chain, Defense, and Intelligence. They served in the United States Army Reserve from 2019 to 2022, where they held multiple leadership positions, including AVP of Intelligence Operations. Currently, Jon is the Portfolio Lead in the Enterprise Transformation Office at USAA since 2022 and is also appointed as Deputy Director of Joint Operations at MIRC in the Army Reserve. An accomplished change management practitioner, Jon holds an active Department of Defense Top Secret/SCI clearance and has completed several military and project management courses, including studies at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
