Jon Morales is a seasoned professional with significant experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Space Operations Officer in the US Army since May 2011, Jon was commissioned as a Military Intelligence Officer after graduating from Coastal Carolina University and excelled at the US Army School of Intelligence. Parallel to military service, Jon has worked at USAA since October 2012, holding roles such as Incident Manager Lead and Claims Operations Manager, focusing on enhancing member services and developing employee performance. Jon holds a degree in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University and is currently pursuing a degree in Homeland Security, Terrorism and Counterterrorism Operations from Penn State University.
