Jonathan Moore

Jonathan Moore currently serves as the Lead Experience Owner at USAA, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives for both the property managed repair program and the experiences of property field staff and independent adjusters. Prior experience at USAA includes roles as a Senior Business Process Owner for property field adjuster operations, as well as various positions in property claims operations. Earlier in career, Jonathan served as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at The University of Texas at El Paso, developing strength and conditioning programs for athletic teams. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and two advanced degrees from The University of Texas at El Paso in Criminal Justice and Intelligence and National Security Studies.
