Joseph Hays

Joseph Hays is an accomplished technology leader with a robust background in both corporate and military environments. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Applications Technology at USAA since January 2007, Joseph Hays oversees applications development and strategic technology initiatives across various corporate agency lines. Previous roles include Executive Director of Information Technology for the Chief Financial Office, where Joseph Hays focused on digital transformation and analytics. Prior to their tenure at USAA, Joseph Hays held multiple leadership positions in the United States Army, culminating in the role of Commander, where Joseph Hays led a significant support company for tactical Air Traffic Services. Joseph Hays holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
