Josh Lambert, MBA, CPM, is a veteran and Senior Development Product Owner at USAA, where they drive product innovation and align cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 2018, Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude and joining the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Josh's leadership skills, honed while leading teams of soldiers, have been instrumental in their success in both military and civilian roles, including previously working as an Aircraft De-icer and contributing to organizational advancement in various capacities within the Army. Currently pursuing an MBA at Texas A&M University, Josh remains dedicated to serving the military community by leveraging their business acumen and soft skills.
