Juan Gonzalez

Juan Gonzalez, CISSP, currently serves as the Manager of Information Security at USAA since April 2017, previously holding the position of Information Security Advisor. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at AT&T, where Juan was instrumental in prototyping operational cyber capabilities within an Agile framework. Prior to AT&T, Juan spent seven years with the United States Air Force, culminating in the position of Manager of the Cyber Capabilities and Security Branch, overseeing a team servicing six classified networks exceeding $750M in value. Juan's diverse background encompasses significant achievements in network architecture, vulnerability assessment, and operational management across various high-stakes environments. Juan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
