Judith Smalls

Judith Smalls, CPCU, CIFI, FCLS, AIC, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and fraud investigation. Currently serving as a Senior Special Investigator and SIU Case Manager at USAA since December 2020, Judith specializes in Casualty investigations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Prior to this role, Judith worked as a Quality Assurance Inspector at Hospitality Franchise Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included inspecting franchised properties to ensure compliance with standards. Additionally, Judith gained valuable experience at State Farm ® from 1998 to 2002, working as a Senior Claim Representative and within the Special Investigative Unit, focusing on complex bodily injury claims, insurance fraud detection, and litigation handling. Judith holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma, completed between 1989 and 1992.
