Justin Avants

Justin Avants, CPA, has extensive experience in the accounting field, beginning with a role as Audit Intern at Frost Bank in 2005. Following this, Justin served as a Teller Officer at Security Service Federal Credit Union from 2003 to 2005, progressed to Accountant I at UTHSCSA, and then worked as a Staff Accountant at Nix Health Care System. Justin then advanced to Senior Accountant positions at The University of Texas at San Antonio and Rackspace, focusing on financial reporting, project oversight, and compliance with GAAP. Currently, Justin works as a Senior Financial Accountant at USAA since May 2019. Justin holds a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
