Kassi Hinders

Kassi Hinders, MBA, is an experienced leader with 18 years in the financial industry, currently serving as a Business Risk & Controls Advisor Lead at USAA since 2022. With a strong focus on complaint programs and risk management, Kassi has successfully led initiatives that enhance quality assurance and mitigate risks, demonstrating effective leadership and communication skills. Prior to joining USAA, Kassi held various roles at Wells Fargo, including Customer Service Supervisor, where notable achievements included improving team engagement and implementing effective training programs.
