Katrina Botting

Katrina Botting is currently the Director of Shared Services & Infrastructure Insights at USAA, a position they began in 2023. Previously, they served as Assistant Vice President of Network Insights at AIG and held various roles at General Motors, where they led initiatives that resulted in significant time savings through automation and data analytics. Katrina earned a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University, achieving high academic honors in both programs. Their extensive expertise in data strategy and business intelligence has contributed to transformative solutions across organizations.
