Lance Brown

Lance Brown is a seasoned digital product management professional with extensive experience at USAA since June 2016, where roles have included Director of Digital Product Management for both joining and Property & Casualty strategic initiatives. Lance has successfully transformed user experiences by leading high-visibility teams and implementing Agile methodologies, resulting in significant improvements in member onboarding and customer acquisition processes. Prior experience includes a role as a New Business Development Consultant at Vivint and co-founding Home Garden Solutions, alongside various analytical and marketing positions at Verizon Wireless and WTWH Media LLC. Lance holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Utah State University.
