Lance Heiner

Lance Heiner is the Executive Director of Information Technology (Application Development) at USAA, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served in various roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2010 to 2012, where they focused on IT compliance and efficiency. Lance's earlier experience includes a systems administrator role at Brigham Young University's Missionary Training Center and technical support positions at both the Global Service Desk and the Missionary Training Center.
