Lance Maxwell

Lance Maxwell is an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in diverse HR disciplines, including strategic organization diagnostics, corporate culture, and employee engagement. They have held multiple roles at USAA, where they managed employee redeployment programs and led enterprise-wide culture initiatives. Previously, Lance served as an HR Business Partner at Verizon and Flowserve, advising on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change. They are currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Lamar University and hold a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University.
