Larkin O'Hern

Larkin O'Hern is currently the Director of Business Strategy Analytics at USAA, a position held since 2021. Previously, Larkin served as an Infantry Officer and held various legislative roles, including Army Congressional Fellow and Defense Legislative Fellow, from 2008 to 2013. Larkin also worked at USAA as a Senior Business Analyst and Lead Business Strategy Analyst between 2017 and 2018. Larkin earned a Master's degree in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University in 2014 and a Bachelor's degree in Economics/International Relations from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2008.
