LaTron Banks

LaTron Banks has over two decades of experience in security and project management. Serving in the United States Air Force from June 2001 to November 2021 as a member of the Security Forces, LaTron developed a strong foundation in security operations. Following military service, LaTron transitioned to USAA in June 2024, taking on the role of Program/Project Manager in Fraud. Prior to this, LaTron contributed to Hiring Our Heroes in a short-term position focused on Business Change Management from May 2024 to June 2024. LaTron Banks holds a degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
