Lawrence Gaik

Lawrence Gaik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data governance and analytics, currently serving as the Lead Data Governance Advisor at USAA since December 2015. In this role, Lawrence oversees the development and monitoring of Enterprise Information Governance KRI/KPI, contributes to executive working groups, and works to enhance data governance processes. Prior roles at USAA include Lead Information Solutions Advisor and Senior Analyst, where Lawrence was instrumental in developing data warehouse solutions and ensuring GDPR compliance. As the Managing Member of Vision Investments, LLC, Lawrence oversees asset and property management, while also sharing expertise as a guest lecturer at The University of Texas at San Antonio and as an adjunct professor at Lackawanna College. Lawrence's earlier career includes various analytical and technical roles in the US Army and internships focused on finance and supply chain at Sanofi Pasteur. Lawrence holds an MBA from Marywood University and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences & Technology and Business from Penn State University.
