Lee Fletcher is a strategic leader in program management with experience in nonprofit and corporate sectors. They served as the Director for PREDISAN-USA, INC., where they enhanced stakeholder engagement and executed strategic initiatives for underserved communities. At USAA, Lee held various leadership roles, including Director of Program Management and Chief of Staff, overseeing complex HR initiatives and program delivery. As the Executive Director of Aliento de Vida, a nonprofit in Peru, Lee co-founded the organization and led numerous community-focused projects. Lee is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs at Baylor University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Abilene Christian University.
