Leo Grassilli has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in property assessment and project management. From June 2016 to June 2023, Leo served as a Field Property Estimator at The Auto Club Group, followed by a current position as a Senior Property Adjuster at USAA since June 2023. Previous roles include Project Support Manager and Recruiting Coordinator at Futron Incorporated, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and logistics management. Leo also worked as an Energy Consultant at L Energy, focusing on alternative energy development for government officials, and completed a Congressional Internship with the Office of Representative Darrell Issa. Additionally, Leo excelled as a Scholar Athlete at San Diego State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics while maintaining a football scholarship.
