From March 2020 to July 2023, Leo N held dual roles as Director of Information Architect and Director of Data Governance & Strategy at USAA. Prior to USAA, Leo N served as Director of Financial Crimes at Raymond James from May 2019 to March 2020 and worked at PwC from September 2013 to May 2019 as Manager in Technology & Analytics, focusing on anti-money laundering and sanctions practices. Leo N also has a military background as an Information Systems Officer with the rank of Captain in the United States Marine Corps from August 2008 to August 2013. Leo N is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics and Digital Marketing at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, set to graduate in December 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University.
