Lijo John

Lijo John is a Senior Network Security Engineer at USAA, bringing over 8 years of experience in routing, switching, network design, and large-scale enterprise network management. Since joining USAA in 2018, Lijo has worked extensively with Palo Alto and Cisco technologies, implementing security policies and managing firewalls. Prior to USAA, Lijo held similar roles at WAB and Air Products, where key responsibilities included configuring firewalls, troubleshooting VPN connectivity, and supporting SD-WAN technologies. Lijo holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Karpagam College of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Computer Science from Newman College.
