Lindsay Bizzari

Lindsay (Deisher) Bizzari is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in driving design practices and systems within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Director of Design Practices and Systems at USAA since October 2021, Lindsay leads the Chief Design Office's Centers of Excellence, focusing on quality, consistency, and efficiency across various design disciplines including Human-Centered Design and DesignOps. Prior experience includes a tenure at Vanguard from June 2010 to September 2021, where Lindsay held several key positions including Director of Design and UX Design Manager, spearheading digital marketing strategies and innovative product design functions. Additionally, Lindsay has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Temple University and has gained early career experience through various design internships. Lindsay holds a Master’s degree in Business Innovation and Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Moore College of Art and Design.
