Lindsey Dover

Lindsey Dover is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance, claims adjustment, and child welfare. At USAA, Lindsey served as a Quality Assurance Specialist and transitioned through roles as a Subrogation Specialist and Claims Adjuster. Previous experience includes work as a Child Welfare Specialist at The Baby Fold, managing a high-volume caseload and developing service plans. Additional roles encompass positions at STATE Farm® and COUNTRY Financial®, where Lindsey handled complex claims, negotiated settlements, and coordinated inspections. Lindsey's early experience includes working as an aide for a child with special needs and substituting in classes at Carbondale Community High School. Lindsey holds a Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a high school diploma from Bloomington High School.
