Lingling

Lingling Ma is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in predictive analytics and machine learning, serving as a Senior Data Scientist at USAA from July 2013 to January 2022. In this role, Lingling developed credit risk collection strategies and implemented predictive models across multiple business lines. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst and Senior Quantitative Analyst, where Lingling focused on risk-based pricing and model validation. Prior to USAA, Lingling worked as a Research Scientist at Northwest Evaluation Association, specializing in computerized adaptive testing and algorithm development. Lingling holds a Ph.D. in Education Sciences from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Alberta.
