Lisa Anderson

Lisa Anderson is an experienced recruiter and leadership development coach with a strong background in executive recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at USAA and a Leadership Development Coach at reacHIRE, Lisa focuses on empowering women in their careers. Previously, as Vice President and Lead Executive Recruiter at Wells Fargo, impactful contributions were made in partner relationship management and communication. Prior roles include Head of Executive Recruiting at Compass Group and Managing Director at Verity Partners Executive Search, where a focus on building enduring relationships was emphasized. Lisa holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Organization Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
