Lisa Maulden

Lisa Maulden is the Operational Director at USAA, a position held since 2017. Prior to this role, they served as a Bank Servicing Manager and as a Manager in Insurance and New Member Sales at USAA from 2013 to 2017. Their career began at Bank of America, where they worked as an Assistant Vice President and Customer Service Manager from 1993 to 2007. Lisa is currently pursuing a degree in General Studies at Glendale Community College and holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business Management and Psychology from Walden University, completed in 2012.
