Lisa McQuade, CRCM, POPM, serves as the Director of Bank Operations Infrastructure at USAA, overseeing business rules management and production support for the Bank’s core banking system while implementing automation to enhance business decision-making. With extensive experience in deposit operations, product management, and risk management, Lisa has led various teams to improve operational efficiency and member experiences. Notable achievements include publishing an industry document strategy framework and managing a high-performing inbound call center. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Business and Information Systems Management from Arizona State University and has pursued additional education at multiple institutions.
