Liza Meyer

Liza Meyer has a robust background in sustainability and public administration, beginning with a role as Conservation Specialist for the City of Austin from May 1999 to September 2001. Following this, Liza served as a Senior Management Analyst for the City of San Antonio from September 2001 to April 2009, eventually becoming the Special Projects Manager for the City of San Antonio Office of Sustainability from April 2009 to January 2018. Most recently, Liza held the positions of Program Manager Lead and Sustainability Director at USAA in April 2025. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration from St. Mary's University, completed between 1995 and 1997.
