Loften Swint

Loften Swint is a Lead Agile Product Owner currently working with the Omni Channel Product and Process Management team, facilitating the integration of Bank Complaint work into the OMNI IT and Business portfolios. Previously, they served as a Business Process Owner in Bank Member Experiences, overseeing requirement building and implementation for Bank Complaint technology releases. Their career at the bank began in 2001 as a Bank MSR, leading to various roles including Program Business Advisor for Deposit Experiences regulatory work. In 2012, Loften was recognized as the USAA United Way Employee Chair, helping to raise a record $8,888,331 for the San Antonio community. Loften holds an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word and a BA in Marketing from Tarleton State University.
