Lorie Dillon

Lorie Dillon has extensive experience in quality assurance and business integration, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance - UAT at USAA since October 2021. Prior to this role, Lorie held positions at Charter Communications, including Director of Business Integration for Mobile Operations and Program Manager for Business Integration, and worked as a Senior Product Manager at TierPoint, managing security and mail service portfolios. Lorie's career began at Thomson Reuters and includes roles in product management and customer service at Bridge Information Systems. Lorie is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Systems Management and Business Analytics at Colorado State University Global, while also holding degrees from Western International University, Villanova University, and Hickey Business College.
