Luan Oliveira, CRCM, is a Regulatory Compliance Consultant with over ten years of experience in federal, state, and private sector roles, including serving as a Commissioned Compliance Examiner at the FDIC. Luan has held positions at JCW as a Compliance Consultant and is currently a Compliance Risk Manager Senior at USAA, where they provide guidance on regulatory compliance and manage compliance risk activities. Luan also has experience as a Financial Institution Examiner, evaluating compliance with consumer protection laws and conducting fair lending examinations. Luan holds a BS in Economics with a double major in Sociology from Suffolk University.
