Lucas Ochoa

Lucas Ochoa is a Lead Program Manager at USAA since July 2020, with prior experience as a Lead EW Engineer at SRC from January 2005 to July 2020. Lucas holds a Master of Business Administration in Management of Technology (M.O.T.) from The University of Texas at San Antonio, obtained in 2008, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (E.E.) from the same institution in 2004.
