Marcel Aleman

Marcel Aleman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at USAA since August 2000, currently serving as Lead Business Process Owner. In this role, Marcel oversees the Power of Attorney, Guardianship, and Conservatorship processes, ensuring a cohesive member experience while also managing AML compliance and sanctions as the AML Lead Experience Owner.
