Marcus Schuster is a driven leader in Process Engineering with over 20 years of experience in lean and six sigma methodologies. They began their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Ventex Engineering and held various positions, including Environmental Engineer at SAIC and Senior Design Engineer at Senior Automotive. At Toyota, Marcus served as an On-Site Supplier Specialist and Production Engineer, leading significant projects that improved operational efficiency. Currently, as the Lead Process Engineer at USAA, Marcus actively implements process improvement projects and fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. They earned a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
